Very Good

Location is grate, clean.

Internet a little slow on the 6th floor. Needs a little painting in the rooms . You can't have a shower without splashing water everywhere in the bathroom. Overall expensive for what they offer .

Nice hotel in a nice quite location 5 minute walk to the beach,

Nice hotel in a nice quite location. 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to shopping malls. 10 baht local buses at each end of the street that do a circle route of the main city area. The rooms are large and comfortable, the roof top pool and fitness room are excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Make sure you request a room facing Soi 5 or the beach, as there is night club on Second Road that is very loud until 3am, if your room is facing the night club, you will not sleep.

The hallways are dark.

Spacious room with balcony and big shower room but a bit noisy at night

Spacious room, shower room, amenity, balcony and pantry.

Should have curtain to separate wet and dry area, There were some music noise during night time from the club beside the street which had interrupted my sleep. Actually, the club is not that close but they had played the music too loud. The hotel should complain to the authority.

So far stayed in this hotel 7 or 8 times.

So far stayed in this hotel 7 or 8 times. Always the same "Excellent" experience. Entire staff from reception to service staff, including room cleaning are very courteous and friendly. They always ensure you have a good time during your stay.

absolute disgrace

the room was good thats about it

the staff were terrible we arrived during the middle of the day and all the lights in the reception were off, staff were in the back room and seemed put out at our arrival. Overall this is a very poorly run hotel management need to seriously look at the training of there people. Breakfast was disgusting and cold (even the eggs) and we ended up eating out every day. All in all the room was its only saving grace, the pool area whilst nice had zero people and atmosphere towel guy was asleep behind the towel pile on every occasion we visited. Staff barely looked up when entering or leaving the property kind of sad really.

convenient enough for our purposes but wouldn't stay longer than 2 nights

standard place, standard room; note: ample covered parking space

bath room is a sheer catastrophe, quite a few severe construction mistakes lead to total flooding (on top of that, floor syphon was clogged...). Shower in bath tub, which really inconvenient Breakfast was Asian only with a few low-quality slices of toast & butter to give it a Western touch. Then again, o.k. for the hotel because all guests we saw were Koreans, Japanese, Chinese

i will always stay in this property for all my future visits.

i have been staying in this property since my last 4-5 trips. Excellent staff, amazing hospitality, fantastic location, biggest room size in the area.. the list is quite big. This is the place to stay

there has been nothing... nothing to complain in my last 5 stays.. simply PAR EXCELLENCE !!! Wonderful management, excellent staff (everyone from the reception to the room service.. brilliant)

Soured by one particular receptionist staff. One of the worst interactions I've ever had in acountry

Rooms were big and near

Absolutely disgusting interaction with Reception staff by the name of Miss Issaree, I couldn't believe my eyes. To be abused and yelled at being told to "NO, YOU GO TO ATM TO GET CASH" because they don't accept amex even though the room was booked with an amex card. Followed by, "I not check you until you pay" for a subsequent fully paid night extension. Followed by, "no you must pay by 12PM (it was 1130am) Ive had some bad experiences in various countries which you can forget or put it down to experience. But this was truly horrendous. Suggest people read the other reviews and avoid this hotel completely. And it's not cheap either!

Location, room size is very good

When I check in, the card machine doesn't work. I have to pay in cash. How about if I don't have enough cash on hand at 2am in the morning? Breakfast just normal, the bath got problem, after shower, water was all over the toilet.

Very uncomfortable!

The staff were not very welcoming and very slow.. the bathroom floods every time you take a shower.. the noise from the nightclub next door kept me awake all night.. it’s a 2 star hotel with 4 star prices... I will not book this hotel again.

Room size ,Toilet and bathtub is huge

There are smelling in the room!Make me can’t sleep all night. Bed sheet and blanket is very dirty (black dot) , reception try to cut my credit card 50% of total cost however lucky card is not working. They said this is booking.com policy to cut 50% from credit card!!!!! Next time do not write free cancelation. Bad attitude and expression from reception and last no toothbrush(this is not a big problem)
